Power of Attorney/ Court of Protection


Age and illness can bring with them a reduced ability to manage the financial aspects of our lives. Early legal advice from our specialist power of attorney solicitors and lawyers can do much to minimise the disruption this can cause.

Our expertise includes deputyship applications to the Court of Protection; continuing management of patients' financial affairs; applications to the Court of Protection for statutory wills, approval of personal injury trusts, permission to make gifts; drafting general, and lasting Powers of Attorney; and registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney and Lasting Powers of Attorney with the Office of the Public Guardian.
