Terry Hope, Financial Controller

A Chartered Accountant with many years' specialist experience of Legal Practice Management, Terry plays a key role leading our finance function.

He is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of financial control and management are aligned with the firm's overall business objectives and that the financial support structures provide relevant and timely information upon which to take decisions.

His expertise covers the development of general financial strategy, setting and interpreting the firm's key performance indicators and helping busy lawyers to understand better the relevance of good financial and working capital management to their role.

Terry is also responsible for ensuring the practice conforms to the increasing volume of financial legislation including Financial Reporting Standards, Revenue and Customs guidelines and Solicitors Accounts Rules.
