Sarah Pether, Senior Solicitor

Sarah joined our firm in 2000 as a trainee solicitor, qualifying in 2002. Sarah specialises in personal injury claims obtaining awards of damages for those injured in road traffic accidents, accidents at work and tripping and slipping accidents. This also includes claims against the Motor Insurance Bureau (MIB) where the driver is uninsured or untraced (hit and run claims).

The majority of cases are dealt with on a no win, no fee basis

Sarah deals with all levels of injury including whiplash, fractures, amputations, spinal injuries, and head and brain injuries. Sarah's work includes dealing with rehabilitation to help people get back to work or to return to their previous lifestyle.

Sarah also acts for relatives in fatal accident cases.

Sarah is actively involved with the local branch of Headway which is a charity helping those who have suffered brain injury.
