Rachel Swinn, Legal Executive

Rachel joined our firm in 1996 as a secretary and became a paralegal in the corporate department in 2004 gaining invaluable experience in both commercial and corporate law. Rachel is now a member of the Institute of Legal Executives.

Although Rachel assists with the work of the corporate department she specialises in commercial and intellectual property work.

Whilst having a wealth of experience in all aspects of commercial contracting work, Rachel has a particular skill for reviewing and drafting terms and conditions and registering trade marks.
