With over 20 years' experience, Peter's expertise in the field of personal injury work now focuses almost exclusively on claimant cases, including claims of maximum severity.
Peter heads our contentious probate unit and his expertise also includes breach of contract claims (including sale of goods); professional negligence claims against solicitors, accountants, surveyors and insurance brokers and disputes relating to the sale of land and boundaries and nuisance. He is also experienced in obtaining injunctions in both the County Court and High Court and appears in the Magistrates' Court on road traffic matters.
A council member and past president of Hull Incorporated Law Society, Peter is treasurer of the Yorkshire Union of Law Societies. He has lectured on civil procedure and costs to both internal and external audiences.
