Geoff Phillips, Senior Solicitor

Geoff is a Solicitor in our general commercial property unit dealing with all aspects of real estate and commercial property work. Geoff has particular expertise in advising on commercial leases for both landlord and tenants; dealing with freehold property sales and purchases; corporate support in business acquisitions and disposals; and in assisting commercial lenders on real estate and commercial property transactions.

Amongst the many types of transactions that Geoff deals with on a regular basis are:-

• acquisitions, disposals and leases of industrial units
• dealing with shop lettings and general retail transactions
• buying and selling cafés, bars, pubs and restaurants
• granting commercial licences and tenancies
• advising and assisting commercial lenders or funders
