With over eight years' litigation experience including complex multi-track and multiple defendant civil and commercial disputes, Elizabeth specialises in commercial litigation work including sale of goods and supply of services disputes, breach of contract, motor vehicle finance disputes and interference with goods.

Elizabeth also has expertise in equine law matters and has owned and competed horses for many years. Elizabeth advises owners, buyers and sellers in all equine matters including breach of contract, sale and purchase disputes, livery and loan agreements, Horse Passport queries and liability under the Animals Act 1971.
