With over seven years' experience in our corporate department, Daniel works across a wide range of transactions including company and business acquisitions and disposals; shareholders' joint venture and partnership agreements, partnership retirements and dissolutions; and company start-ups, restorations and share buy-backs.

Daniel has particular interest and experience in transactions relating to the residential and domiciliary care sector.
