With Andrew at the helm, our corporate department has gone from strength to strength and, last year alone, the team handled transactions worth over £388 million.

Andrew - a partner at the firm since 2003 - has substantial expertise across all areas of corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, bank lending, joint ventures and shareholders' rights. He has particular experience of management buyouts and new business venture start-ups.

Andrew also fulfills an invaluable role within our Corporate Restructuring and Recovery unit dealing with accelerated mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity re-scheduling, company re-organisations as well as advising directors and office holders on both their statutory powers an duties.
