Real Estate & Commercial Property
Stephen has experience in a wide range of real estate work specialising in property management, acquisition and disposal, development projects, leisure schemes and dock and port related work, acting for national port operators.

Leisure Schemes
Stephen acts for a well known national health club operator in connection with the acquisition of sites for health club developments, in connection with the disposal of surplus property and the management of existing sites.
 
Renewable Energy & Wind Farms
Stephen is experienced in the preparation and negotiation of documentation for successful wind farm and other renewable energy projects.

Stephen's expertise includes advising private & commercial landowners in connection with wind farm developments - from inception to completion of property documentation including pre-agreement on heads of terms, exclusivity agreements and options and leases.
 
Transport & Logistics
Acting for national port operators, Stephen's specialist transport & logistics experience relates to the acquisition, disposal , management and development work of dock and port facilities including eco/renewable projects and waste to energy facilities.
 
Rural & Agricultural
Stephen advises landowners on acquisitions and disposals - including the grant of options and overage agreements to house builders and developers.
 
Ports & Infrastructure
Acting for national port operators, Stephen advises in connection with the acquisition, disposal, management and development of dock and port facilities including eco-renewables projects and operation and maintenance facilities.  Stephen also advises in connection with onshore renewables.
