With over 13 years of experience, Daniel advises a wide range of clients from sole traders to large limited companies. In addition to being involved in transactional work such as business and share purchases and sales, management buy-outs and share buy-backs, Daniel is also experienced in assisting clients with business law advice in areas including shareholders' and partnership agreements, new company start-ups, company restorations reductions of share capital and partnership dissolution and retirement.
With in depth experience in dealing with share and business purchases, Daniel also deals with associated due diligence exercises involving the coordination of multiple sites/jurisidictions, data rooms and the electronic distribution of disclosed documentation.

In his role as a Notary Public, Daniel provides services to individuals including witnessing and certifying documents for use overseas. Daniel routinely deals with powers of attorney including those relating to property sales; sponsorship letters for visiting overseas family members; and preparing packs of copy certificates and other documents required for working visas.

Daniel has also advised rugby, football, golf and other sports organisations operating through limited companies in relation to a variety of corporate issues including membership rights, consolidation of shareholdings and drafting bespoke articles of association complying with the requirements of that sport's governing professional body.
