Clear Compliance is a service we provide to the regulated professional, giving you access to advice, training, systems, and documents in regulatory compliance from specialist solicitors.
Clear Compliance brings you the knowledge, skills and experience of specialist lawyers in an ever more complex and onerous regulatory regime.
Clear Compliance offers you a single point of access to specialist advice on all regulatory issues, including anti-money laundering, data protection and privacy. We can help businesses in preparing for and assistance with regulatory monitoring visits eg SRA, data protection and privacy.
We recognise the burden red tape puts on businesses, as regulation and enforcement grows from year to year. We have for a number of years had our own in-house compliance solicitor who trains and advises us on all aspects of regulation and compliance. Few businesses are able to have that resource but do need and can benefit from our training and assistance. We can now offer that to other professionals, including in particular other solicitors.
For more details of the service please contact Kim Jerome by clicking on the "Meet our Clear Compliance Team" button on the right.
