Led by partner Stephen Kell, our property litigation and  dispute resolution team of specialist property litigation solicitors and lawyers advises on all property related disputes arising out of our clients' ownership, rights and transactions in respect of land.

Our substantial property litigation experience includes advising both landlords and tenants in relation to all leasehold disputes, including contentious and non-contentious business lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954; possession actions; dilapidations and repair; rent arrears; and all breach of covenant disputes.

We also advise on property disputes relating to the assignment of leases or the subletting of premises, and the use of leasehold premises.

Our expertise also includes advising in relation to all other property disputes and rights and liabilities, including disputes arising out of contracts for sale of land, rights of way and boundary disputes; and restrictive covenants and other matters affecting land.

With experience of handling complex property litigation and injunction claims we are also able to provide specific advice relevant to discrete issues and disputes.
